I have been cutting this hard tile quite often in the past 10 years and can say this Dewalt blade is just average. I had my doubts and had picked it up locally to complete a job when my blade was failing. Now in the $60 range I have had much better results with a M&K "Hot Dog" porcelain blade and my favorite is a Pearl DTL HPXL porcelain blade. The Pearl seriously lasted through 15 or more jobs and thousands of cuts where I paid even less at about $55. In summary I would not buy this again unless I'm stuck and don't have time to place an order for a different blade.3 of 3 people found the following review helpful.Dewalt DW4762By Raul R. ChaconThis blade replaced a Qep 10" 7mm rim blade. It was adequate yet, after replacing it with this DW4762 blade, the difference is tremendous. This is a much smoother blade, with less vibration and it feeds with much less noise. In addition, there is much less chipout on both sides of the tile being cut. I have cut porcelain tile, stone, marble and granite. I have had excellent results on all of these. Very satisfied with this blade.2 of 2 people found the following review helpful.Very Stable - cuts straight through porcelainBy Quebe Flooring IncVary stable blade that cuts very well. I prefer it to the MK Hotdog blade because it cuts straighter and is stiffer. The Mk Hotdog blade cuts slightly faster because it is so thin but this Dewalt DW4762 blade beats it in overall performance because of it's stiffness. Long lasting blade as well.See all 12 customer reviews...
