The DeWalt Heavy Duty 4-1/2-Inch Small Angle Grinder is designed with a Quick-Change wheel release for wrench-free wheel removal. Its lower-profile gear case gives you precise gearing alignment for a smooth, quiet transmission while still allowing access to tight spaces. The 10 Amp 11,000 RPM motor is designed for faster material removal and higher overload protection. Other features include a dust ejection system, a one-piece brush arm, keyless adjustable guard, and a vibration-reducing side handle. The auto-off brushes shut the tool down when the brushes need replacing, minimizing tool damage. It even has matching wheel flanges so you can attach and exchange many common accessories.DEWALT D28112 Heavy Duty 4-1/2-Inch Small Angle Grinder

I just finished cutting up an old truck lumber rack and now I'm looking for new things to grind because of the fun I'm having with the DeWalt. For the last few years, I've used an astonishingly cheap Harbor Freight grinder that served well for occasional projects, but obviously was not a heavy-duty tool. The DeWalt, on the other hand, is meant to take a beating, and meant to be repaired instead of thrown away. Consider also the safety advantage of the Dewalt's paddle switch, and there is no going back to the cheaper tool. I've never had an angle grinder go skittering across the floor at full blast, and a paddle switch pretty well forestalls that possibility. Okay, enough talk. MUST. GRIND. I own a Marble and Granite fabrication shop and this grinder lasted 2 weeks then burned out. Go for a makita, last 10x longer.See all 2 customer reviews...
