One pair I sent back due to a manufacturer defect (they are made in Pakistan, not that that matters), and Amazon promptly refunded my money upon my returning the product (the fingers of one glove were stitched too tightly). The other pair I kept, and have been using for several weeks now in an Upstate NY Winter, where I live in the middle of about 1,000 acres. I bought them partly based on the product description, and partly on the reputation of DeWalt products, whose tools are high quality. These gloves are well-designed for tough use, and should hold up to "work wear." I like everything about them ***EXCEPT*** that they used regular polyester fill for the insulation. Thus, I find that in very cold temps (below +20 F.) these gloves are just not able to keep my fingers warm. I am constantly having to "ball" them up into fists, at regular intervals, to keep them warm. In moderate, higher temps, this should not be a problem. So, I give them 3 stars out of a possible 5. I hope that DeWalt will in the future choose *Thinsulate* or similar material instead. I would be willing to pay a little more for better insulation. Had they done so, I would recommend them without hesitation. But if you need *extreme* cold weather gloves, or will be using them on a snowmobile--be warned--these gloves are NOT up to that kind of challenge.6 of 6 people found the following review helpful.disappointedBy K. These are not for you if you must do detail work with your hands. They are well made and warm. Best gloves I have ever owned.See all 6 customer reviews...
