The batttery charger died on my old B&D drill and this one was just great for driving concrete screw anchors. Love the LED light!. Great power. This was a tool only purchase as I already have a cordless circular saw, so I know the Dewalt XRP battey packs are supurb. Only thing I did not like was the sound. At 3/4 speed or greater, it is noisy and not smooth sounding. When you release the trigger it stops on a dime. My wife has never been able to use a full size drill driver due to the weight. This unit is not as powerful, but is more practical for those with less forearm strength or when you are going to be using it for a long time. I took off one star because, even on Amazon, it's way too expensive for what you get.
