CON- it is made for those with larger waist. I am size 32 and i could not imagine it working on anyone with a lower waist size. the problem is not the number of belt holes but the absence of velcro on the back support belt after you get lower then size 34. I had to cut my belt for it to fit this is the padded back support belt, the actual belt comes over top it). over all good product just wish they made two size categories.See all 1 customer reviews...
